One of our coaches  will assess your specific needs, injuries, health conditions or training goals. The coach will then develop a personalized plan with clear timelines and short-term achievement goals that will safely and effectively enable you to succeed.

Strength and Conditioning

Mon - Fri
8am-9am / 12pm-1pm / 4:30pm-5:30pm /6:30pm-7:30pm

Saturday

10-11am

An hour long class consisting of strength work outside of a state of fatigue, which reduces chance of injury. Then a conditioning component that could consist of interval training, plyometric work, or core work!

Semi-Private Training

Mon-Fri
6am-7am / 7am-8am / 11am-12pm / 4pm-5pm /5pm-6pm

Sat
8am-9am

Semi-private training delivers the best of both worlds: clients get a program separate from our large group fitness classes and then also get to work out alongside one, two, or three others in a fun, group setting.

Invigorate

9am-10am / 5:30pm-6:30pm

Saturday

8am-9am / 9am-10am

An interval based training class that will involve bodyweight, dumbbell/kettlebell movements, battle ropes, biking, core work and much more!
